Yes. Customers, units, spaces, agreements, invoices, service history and old messages can all come across. We check the totals against your old system before you switch, so you’re not finding gaps in month three.
Both. Slips and docks sit on the same map as dry stack, indoor bays and outdoor rows. A marina with a boatyard, a storage yard with a shop or a lot full of RVs all run on the same system, and you only see the parts you use.
The parts that happen out on the dock or in the yard do. Customers sign agreements on their phones, and arrival photos are taken from a phone standing next to the unit. The office screens are made for a proper screen.
No. Stow keeps track of what’s charged and what’s been paid. Taking the card stays with whichever processor you already use.
