What this website keeps about you.
The short version: only what you type into a form, so we can reply.
What we collect
When you send the contact or demo form, we keep what you typed: your name, email, business name and anything else you filled in. We also keep a scrambled version of your IP address so we can stop one address flooding the forms. It can’t be turned back into the address.
What we don’t collect
This site has no analytics, no advertising trackers and no third party scripts. It doesn’t set cookies. Fonts, images and video are all served from our own server, so visiting a page here doesn’t tell anybody else that you did.
What we use it for
Replying to you, and if you asked for a demo or a quote, following up on that. We don’t add you to a mailing list and we don’t sell or share what you send us.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to reply and follow up. If you become a customer, it becomes part of your account. If you don’t, we delete it once the conversation is over.
Getting it changed or deleted
Send a note through the contact form asking us to correct or delete what we hold about you, and we will.
Using Stow itself
This page covers this website. Data your business keeps in Stow about its own customers is covered by your agreement with us.
